How Long Will Delivery Take
for My Order?
Memory Foam Direct will attempt to expedite your
order as quickly as reasonably possible. Please allow up
to 3-6 weeks for delivery of mattresses. Other items arrive much faster,
usually within 2 weeks.
Note
that we must receive approval on the charge to your credit card before
processing your order. We will submit orders for shipment
Monday-Friday (not including U.S. holidays).
Shipments of Supple-Pedic mattresses go via
common carrier (i.e., not via UPS). Note that when
your shipment arrives, the common carrier will bring your mattress to your front
door (street-level for apartments). Delivery personnel do not bring
mattresses/foundations into homes, nor do they handle old
mattresses or foundations.
Be sure to inspect the carton or cartons of
your UPS or common carrier
shipment and, if you see damage that appears to be significant (indicating to
you that the contents are damaged), we suggest that you refuse to accept the delivery.
Remember, if you accept delivery, you are responsible for paying return shipping
charges to the manufacturer for products you later may feel are
defective. So check the cartons carefully before signing for them!
Refused orders of undamaged merchandise are
subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the return shipping costs.
Note that all pillows, mattress
toppers, and comfort items ship via UPS.

We ship within the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. --
anywhere in the continental U.S., except Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship outside the U.S.

Yes, but not for mattresses. If your
order going via UPS has not arrived in 3 weeks from date of order, and you
wish to have the UPS tracking number for your order, simply send an e-mail to
Customer Service. We will e-mail you back the
tracking number. We will also give you the URL for the UPS
website for online tracking of your order. Note that Supple-Pedic mattresses do not ship via UPS, so
tracking numbers are not available. These mattresses go via common
carrier.

For these mattresses, we ship only via
common carrier commercial trucking companies (not UPS, due to size and weight
restrictions). In many instances, the common carrier trucking company will attempt to contact you
by telephone to inform you of
the delivery date and approximate time of delivery. You or some
responsible representative must be at home to sign for the shipment.
Note that when
your shipment arrives, the carrier will bring your mattress to your front door
(street-level for apartments). Delivery personnel do not bring
mattresses/foundations into homes, nor do they handle old
mattresses or foundations.

shipment and, if you see damage of any type, make a note on the delivery ticket.
If the damage appears to be significant, we suggest that you refuse to accept the delivery.
