All Supple-Pedic mattresses
and foundations have a 30-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. Supple-Pedic
mattress toppers, pillows, and comfort items have a 5-YEAR
LIMITED WARRANTY (with full coverage for the first year).
The manufacturer warrants
that these products are free from defects in material and
workmanship during the limited warranty period.
During the term of the
limited warranty protection, the manufacturer will, at its
option, replace or repair any covered defective parts of
products purchased under the limited warranty, at no additional
charge, with the exception of shipping charges.
All returns MUST go directly
to the factory or other location we will give you and MUST have
a Return Authorization (RA) Number on all packages. Contact
Customer Service to
receive a RA Number.
When returning any product(s)
for warranty claims, the purchaser assumes responsibility for
all shipping charges to the factory, is responsible for
arranging insurance for the product(s) returned, and assumes the
risk of loss during shipment. A Return Authorization (RA) Number
is required, as discussed above.
Note that the manufacturers
extend NO WARRANTY PROTECTION to damage resulting from
negligence, misuse, accidents, improper cleaning, or damage
incurred as a result of the customer transporting the product.
Note that it is your
responsibility to have the merchandise boxed up and ready for
shipment for warranty claims. The merchandise cannot be
returned if not placed in plastic and boxed, and sent with all
original tags. It will take approximately 5-7 days for the
shipping company to pick up the item or items you are returning.
We offer refunds under two
scenarios. The first is when a customer returns a covered
product under our
100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Note that this guarantee does not apply to Supple-Pedic
mattresses and toppers, due to the manufacturer's policy.
The second scenario is when a customer has returned defective
merchandise to the manufacturer under the warranty described
above, the manufacturer has accepted the returned merchandise,
and informs us that they are not repairing or replacing it. In
these cases, Memory Foam Direct™ will issue a prompt refund, but
NOT for shipping charges. Also see discussion of our

100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
For memory foam products
covered by this guarantee (i.e., all products except
Supple-Pedic mattresses, foundations, and mattress toppers), if
for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the
products during the first 30 nights of use, simply
contact our Customer Service Department for a Return
Authorization Number (required) and follow the directions we
give you (and for mattresses and mattress sets, as detailed in
the next paragraph) to return your purchase in good condition
for a full refund (not including shipping).
Note that all returned items
must be received in an acceptable condition. The
returned items must arrive at the manufacturer's plant or other
location we will give you in a clean and sanitary condition,
without any damage, with all original plastic wrappings, labels,
and tags.

Here's what happens after you
place your order by telephone. We
transmit orders as received direct to the factory. In many
cases, orders ship UPS Ground within 24 hours (not counting
weekends). UPS informs us that shipments require a maximum
of 10 business days to reach anywhere in the continental U.S.
Note that we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii or out of the U.S.
Mattresses and foundations ship via common carrier.
If you wish to inquire about
