CONSUMER ALERT:  There are certain Internet retailers offering very low prices on Supple-Pedic products but requiring pre-payment in cash.  Others may be selling products that are returned (used) and representing that they are new.  At our company, your use of a credit card (required for all purchases) gives you protection against fraud.  All orders are NEW products and ship direct from the factory, under manufacturer's limited warranty.

Here's what happens after you place your order.  We transmit orders as received direct to the factory.  In many cases, orders ship UPS Ground within 24 hours (not counting weekends).  UPS informs us that shipments require a maximum of 10 days to reach anywhere in the continental U.S.  Note that we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii or out of the U.S.  Note that mattresses and foundations ship via common carrier. 

If you wish to inquire about your order (except for orders shipped via common carrier) before receiving it, simply contact our Customer Service department by e-mail.  In your e-mail, include your name, address, date you placed the order, and the order number.  We will provide you with the UPS tracking number for your order, and you can track it at the UPS site.  We regret that tracking numbers are not available for mattresses, shipped via common carrier.

We confidently sell Supple-Pedic pillows and comfort items with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with covered memory foam products during the first 30 nights of use, simply contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number (required) and return your purchase in good condition for a full refund (not including shipping).  Note that if you return your product without the required Return Authorization Number clearly written on the outside of the package, the return will incur a 50% restocking fee.  Note that this guarantee does not extend to Supple-Pedic mattresses and toppers, due to the manufacturer's policy, but Supple-Pedic pillows and comfort items are covered.
